The Perfect Health Course offers a five-step exploration of mind-body medicine and Ayurveda. Each of the five lessons include instruction in the practical tools and techniques of mind-body practices that participant can immediately begin using in their daily lives.
Yoga and mindfulness (meditation) are practices that combines stretching, controlled breathing, and relaxation. Practiced together or separately, both can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and calm body, mind, and spirit.
